Storage Infrastructure

Storage Infrastructure is more than technology; it must support the business strategy, its processes, the usage of the information and its applications.

"The goal is to match the business value and requirements of an application and its data to the functionality and cost of the storage tier."

- Herman Pienaar, Solution Architect, RHE Infrastructure

Virtualisation

The traditional paradigm of one app-one box is over. Virtualisation increases hardware utilisation, increases agility and reduces total cost of ownership.

"Virtualisation has delivered to our customer's uptime needs at the right price point and with increased speed to market."

- Richard Houghton, CTO, RHE Infrastructure

Disaster Recovery

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning work in tandem - mapping people, equipment, places and processes to the enabling technology.

"Plans often focus on DR enactment. Equally important are the processes and technologies to maintain the "ready to enact DR" state"

- Steve James, Consulting Manager, RHE Infrastructure

Information Compliance Management

Our Information Compliance Management Approach (ICMA) is top down and encompasses all aspects of process, policy and technology enablement.

"The key to a successful compliance management approach is user acceptance - complex processes will result in the loss of critical data."

- Sam Wood, Information Specialist, RHE Infrastructure
